- Prepare 250 of gm.white chane.
- It's 2 of tomatoes.
- It's 1 tsp of ginger paste.
- Prepare 1 of green chilli.
- You need 2 tsp of tamarind juice.
- It's 1 tsp of amchur powder.
- You need 1 tsp of black salt.
- You need 1 tsp of kashmiri red chilli powder.
- It's 4-5 tsp of chana masala.
- You need 1 pinch of hing.
- You need 2 of tea bags.
- It's 1 tsp of kasoori metthi.
- Prepare 2 tsp of chopped green coriander.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- It's as needed of Oil.

Pindi chole bhature step by step
- Washed and soaked white chane(soaked overnight)..
- Add water,salt and tea bags close the lid of the pressure cooker..
- After 2whistle simmer the heat and cook for 20 minutes, or until cooked..
- Remove the tea bags..
- Heat oil in a wok add ginger paste,hing chopped tomatoes and green chilli saute for 2minutes..
- Add kashmiri red chilli powder now add chana masala and boiled chane and mix well..
- Add black salt,cook for 10 minutes stir occasionally. Cover and cook again..
- After 10 minutes add tamarind juice and amchur powder mix well..
- Add kasoori metthi and chopped green coriander and mix well..
- Cook for 2 minutes..
- Pindi chole now ready to serve.garnish with paneer slices..
- Serve with bhature,boondi raita and achari aalu..
