  1. Prepare 250 of gm.white chane.
  2. It's 2 of tomatoes.
  3. It's 1 tsp of ginger paste.
  4. Prepare 1 of green chilli.
  5. You need 2 tsp of tamarind juice.
  6. It's 1 tsp of amchur powder.
  7. You need 1 tsp of black salt.
  8. You need 1 tsp of kashmiri red chilli powder.
  9. It's 4-5 tsp of chana masala.
  10. You need 1 pinch of hing.
  11. You need 2 of tea bags.
  12. It's 1 tsp of kasoori metthi.
  13. Prepare 2 tsp of chopped green coriander.
  14. It's to taste of Salt.
  15. It's as needed of Oil.
  16. You need slices of Paneer.

Pindi chole bhature step by step

  1. Washed and soaked white chane(soaked overnight)..
  2. Add water,salt and tea bags close the lid of the pressure cooker..
  3. After 2whistle simmer the heat and cook for 20 minutes, or until cooked..
  4. Remove the tea bags..
  5. Heat oil in a wok add ginger paste,hing chopped tomatoes and green chilli saute for 2minutes..
  6. Add kashmiri red chilli powder now add chana masala and boiled chane and mix well..
  7. Add black salt,cook for 10 minutes stir occasionally. Cover and cook again..
  8. After 10 minutes add tamarind juice and amchur powder mix well..
  9. Add kasoori metthi and chopped green coriander and mix well..
  10. Cook for 2 minutes..
  11. Pindi chole now ready to serve.garnish with paneer slices..
  12. Serve with bhature,boondi raita and achari aalu..
