Amul kool shahi tukda step by step
- Firstly take a pan. Add 1 cup amul kool milk wait until it gets boil now add 2 tbsp kaju powder 1 tbsp chopped badam and 2 white pedas. Now cook 2 mins.
- Now take a milk aside let it cool down..
- Now take two breads cut off sides and cut it half. now take a pan add ghee and fry bread slices until it gets light brown colour now keep bread slices aside.
- Lastly take a sheet of mango papad and add 1/2 cup water now melt it....after it looks like syrup.
- Now take fried bread slices and dip it in mango papad syrup.dip both sides.
- At last take a plate place those bread slices into plate now pour amul kool milk around bread slices.
- Garnish with kaju and remainng mango syrup.
