  1. In a heat pan add ghee, put rava in it Roast it untill medium brown..

  4. When it cool, add half malai & mix it well..
  5. Another bowl mix all ingredients together.mix it well..
  6. Take a modak mold greased it..
  7. Take rava mixture, put it in the mold. Make a hole from open sides..
  8. Fill it with prepared mixture.then close the hole carefully..
  9. Make all modak like this.process..
  10. Now modak are ready to eat..
  11. Before servings put silver paper on it's top...
