This recipe of Paneer Bhurji is without onion and garlic and is made with homemade Paneer.

Ingredients of Paneer Biryani (No Onion/garlic)

  1. It's 300 grams of Basmati Rice.
  2. Prepare 300 grams of Paneer.
  3. Prepare 3 of Boiled Potato.
  4. Prepare 3-4 of Green Chilli.
  5. It's of Ginger 1 inc.
  6. Prepare 1 of Tomato.
  7. You need of Green Chilli + Ginger + Tomato Paste.
  8. It's 3 tbsp of Yogurt.
  9. It's of Sugar little.
  10. It's 2 tsp of Biryani Masala.
  11. It's to taste of Salt.
  12. It's 1/2 tsp of Coriander + Cumin Powder.
  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Garam Masala Powder.
  14. You need 1/2 tsp of Red Chilli Powder.
  15. You need of Turmeric Powder little.
  16. It's of White Oil.
  17. It's 2 tsp of Ghee.
  18. It's of Rose Water little.
  19. Prepare of Keora Water little.
  20. Prepare 2 of tbspMilk + Kesar.
  21. It's of Bay Leaves 2.
  22. It's Cloves of 8.
  23. It's 2 of Cinnamon.
  24. You need 1 of Black Cardamom.
  25. Prepare 8 of Cardamom.

Cut the onions(optional) and capsicum into long thin slices. But it seems that this recipe need. Now mix in the fried potatoes and cauliflower. Finally to plate the Veg Biryani, layer out the cooked Basmati rice on a serving tray.

Paneer Biryani (No Onion/garlic) instructions

  1. Boil Water in a vessel.. add spices....add 2 Tbsp Oil.
  2. Add Basmati Rice, cooked untill 80% done... Drain the water.
  3. In a pan heat oil.. fry paneer untill light brown....take out.
  4. In the same pan now fry Potato.... fry till golden brown... take out.
  5. Add more 2 Tsp Oil... add all spices...
  6. Add tomato puree, Biryani masala,cumin powder,coriander powder, and Red chilli powder....mix well cook for 2-3 min.
  7. Once masala are cooked add Curd....Adjust Salt and Sugar... mix cook for another 2 min.
  8. Now add fried paneer and potatoes... mix and coat with masala well.....
  9. Add 1/2 Cup water... Now close the lid cook for 5 min over medium flame.
  10. After 5 min open the lid... keep half off the paneer and potao aside for layering.....
  11. Now for Biryani layering first spread half of rice... 1 tsp ghee.... paneer and potato.
  12. Next spread rest off the rice,ghee, Kesar milk, rose water, keora water.
  13. Close the lid... let the Biryani cook over low flame for 15 min....
  14. Paneer biryani is now ready to serve.... This is my dad's favorite recipe, and i would like to prepare this recipe on father's day :).

Follow in by a layer of the Curried vegetables. This Paneer Biryani is a lip-smacking not-so-spicy biryani recipe with paneer and, of course, exotic Indian spices including a strong flavor of cinnamon. I did not add any but no harm in adding as well. No onion No garlic paneer butter masala. Browned onions add a good colour to the food.
