- Take a bowl put maida in it..
- Make a well with maida..
- Add soda,salt,sugar in it..
- Put curd,& soda water in it..
- Now mix all things together.knead it very well..
- If it's consistacy looks dry,,you can add some water..
- Sprinkle 1 tsp oil around it..
- Put it in warm place for 4 hours.
- It will be double in size..
- Now knead it again & make balls from this dough..
- Roll it out with the help of rolling pin.it's circle will be some thick..
- Now Fry it in high flame in oil..
- Bhature it ready to serve..
