- Prepare 1/2 cup of wheat flour.
- Prepare 2 cup of maida.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of yeast.

Chole bhature step by step
- In a pan add oil, cumin seeds.after it's gets brown and add chopped onions and tomatoes.
- And saute it..then added the chopped garlic and ginger.
- After that add the turmeric powder, chilli powder and coriander powder and salt, fry the ingredients together well.
- In a pan add a little water,now add the chole (soaked overnight and pressure cooked) to the masala.
- Now add green chilli and water to the base.
- Simmer the chole genlty for an hour and cover it and add the butter to it.
- Knead the wheat flour,maida and salt together with adequate amount of water. sprinkle the yeast on top.
- Leave it for 2-3 hours for the yeast to work and roll out in an oval shape.
- Deep fry till golden brown like a puri.
- Now it's ready to serve.
