Punjabi chole bhature step by step
- Soak chana overnight. Boil it into 3/4 cups of water with black cardmom or some salt..
- Heat oil in pressure cooker, Add cumin seeds, bay leaf, green cardmom..
- Saute till it crackles..
- Add chopped onion cook until brown..
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute..
- Add mashed tomato and cook for 2 minutes..
- Now add chole masala,red chilli powder, mango powder, jeera powder stir it well..
- Add salt to taste..
- Cover and cook in low medium flame for 7 to 8 minutes..

- Add yogurt and mix well..
- Knead to smooth daugh..
- Cover it with samp cloth allow to rest for 3/4 hour..

- Roll it big size poori..
- Heat oil in kadhai..
- Drop poori into hot oil..
- Wait till it puffs up and flip into other side. Deep fry until it turns golden..
