- In a pan, add red chilli powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and coconut milk. Combine well..
- Then add chicken pieces and mix well. Switch on the flame and cook this chicken marinade until gravy become dry in medium flame. Switch off the flame. Keep it aside..
- Heat coconut oil in another pan, add grated coconut, curry leaves and saute it for 5 minutes..
- Then add ginger - garlic crushed and saute till raw smells disappear..
- Add chopped onions and salt. Saute till the onions become light golden brown..
- Add chopped tomato and cook till soft..
- Add the cooked chicken pieces to this masala and mix well. Roast it for 10 - 15 minutes..
- Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot!.
