- Prepare 1 1/2 cups of chole.
- Prepare 3 of tomatoes puree.

- You need 2 tbsp of coriander powder.

- Prepare 1/2 tsp of haldi powder.
- It's 1 tsp of jeera and kalonji.
- It's 1/4 tsp of heeng.
- It's 1/2 tsp of garam masala.

- It's 2 cups of suji.
- It's 1/2 cup of maida(all purpose flour).
- It's 1 tbsp of oil.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Curd.

Chole /suji bhature instructions
- Let's prepare chole first..chole should be soaked fr 7to 8 hrs.....or over night....keep them to boil with little salt so that they boil nicely.... don't over Cook.....
- Now in a kdai..add oil...when heated....add tej patta... jeera and kalonji...when changes colour...add heeng...now add onion paste..cook till golden brown....now add tomato puree...and cook....fr 3min....add salt, Haldi, red chilli powder,dhania powder,and cook at low flame till the masale leaves oil...and comes on top.........
- Once the oil comes on top...add the boiled Chick peas and cook it covered fr 10 min so that masale incorporates with chole nicely and evenly..... after 10 min oil will be seen on top of the chole......which means ur chole is done 100percent..... Add garam masale....mix well...and off the flame.... garnish with Green coriander and chopped onions.....wowwwe....lip smacking chole is ready...😋😋😋😋.
- To make bhatures take suji,salt oil and baking soda in a mixing bowl.....add curd and slowly adding water make a very soft dough...put enough water...coz suji vll soak water.. after sometime....keep the dough to rest fr half an hour.....
- Now after half an hour.our dough is ready to make bhatures...if u see that dough is tight then add water and make it to rolling consistency.......Noll roll the bhaturas and deep fry them till golden brown...
