- Firstly take a bowl add chilli powder, dhaniya powder, turmeric powder and besan. Mix well and keep it aside..
- Take a pan add water and boil the eggs..

- Take a pan add oil and fry the eggs till it turns into golden brown colour and take it aside..
- In the same pan add elachi,lavanga,pepper seeds and green chillies.saute for few minutes and add chopped onions..
- Once onions turn golden brown add tomato paste and saute till raw smell dissolves..
- Then add salt and saute for few minutes.After that add daniya mix powder and give a smooth mix..
- Cook for few minutes and add water.Let it cook till it turns smooth mashy.Then add fried eggs to it..
- Finally add kasuri methi and garam masala and give a lite mix..
- Take it into a serving bowl and enjoy the dish with hot rice or roti..
