- Assembling:- Grease a heavy bottom pan add the chicken masala then add some fried onions, chopped coriander and mint leaves, cashewnuts & raisins. Then add the cooked rice on top of the chicken masala.
- Sprinkle saffron colour, fried onions, chopped coriander and mint leaves and cashewnuts. Cover it with a lid and keep it on a tawa for dum on medium flame for 15 to 20 mins or till steam comes out. While serving garnish with fried onions.
