  1. Take a bowl add all ingredients except baking soda,baking powder,vanilla essence and vinegar,mix well and keep it aside to set for 15 minutes..
  2. Now add rest of ingredients and mix well for 1 minute,preapare a smooth batter of it and take a greased and dusted with flour cake tin,pour the batter into it..
  3. Take 2 glass of water in an open vessel or in a cooker,put the cake tin into it and let steam the cake on medium flame for 30 minutes..
  4. After 30 minutes check the cake by inserting a toothpick,if it comes out clean it's done, otherwise steam it for more 5 minutes..
  5. Switch off the flame and allow it to cool down..
  6. Now for homemade white ganache take a non-stick pan,heat 1 tsp oil,add refine flour and saute it for 1 minute to remove its rawness and make sure that colour of flour should not be change..
  7. Add milk and stir continuously to avoid lumpsy texture and cook until it looks like a thick mixture..
  8. Add vanilla essence,mix well and White ganache is ready,keep it aside for cool down..

Now demould the cake on a plate,cut the two layers of cake,take bottom layer cake and soak it with sugar syrup to make the cake soft,put homemade white ganache over it and spread it evenly,now take top layer cake,soak it too with sugar syrup and for topping make a mixture from 1 tsp of white ganache and 1 tsp of fruit jam,mix well both and spread it evenly over the top layer and make pearl drops from white ganache to look attractive..
