- It's 1 cup of Sprouted green gram (ankurit moong) + to sprinkle.
- You need 1 inch of Ginger roughly chopped.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Cumin seeds.
- You need 1 tsp of Fresh coriander leaves chopped.

Moong Appam step by step
- Blend together green gram sprouts, ginger, cumin seeds, peppercorns, coriander leaves, salt and asafoetida with sufficient water to a smooth batter..
- Now add Grated carrot in moong batter and mix it well..
- Heat a non-stick appam pan. Pour a laddleful of batter on it. Drizzle some ghee and top with some coriander leaves..
- Cover and cook till the underside turns golden brown..
- Finally ur moong apam is ready. Serve hot tomato ketchup and green chutney..
