- First wash tomatoes & green chillies chopped separately & keep aside..
- Heat the pan add oil in it when oil is heated add cumin seeds & mustard seeds saute for a minute add chopped green chillies saute for a minute..
- Add chopped tomatoes mix well then add dry spices like turmeric powder, red chilli powder & salt mix well & cover the pan with plate in low flame for few minutes..
- When tomatoes cooked well stir continuously in low flame then add sugar or jaggery mix well cook few minutes more then garnish with coriander leaves..
