Anda Masala instructions

  1. Dry roast besan and keep aside.
  2. Apply little salt turmeric and red chilli powder on eggs nicely, keep aside.
  3. Heat 3tsp oil in a kadai fry eggs till golden brown, keep aside.
  4. Add remaining oil in the same kadai and fry onion till golden.
  5. Add g g paste and green chillies fry well on medium flame.
  6. Add dry masalas and fry nicely.
  7. Add tomato paste cook covered for 2- 4 minutes when it is fried add roasted besan.
  8. Saute for 1 minute add 1 cup water and salt, let it boil.
  9. Now add eggs and cover the kadai and cook for 3 minutes lastly add garam masala powder and kasoori methi.
