- First we need to soak split dal for 5 to 6 hours..
- Grind in to the a coarse paste. Keep it aside..
- Take a bowl put whole wheat flour, prepared paste and given all ingredients, 1tbsp oil mix it everything then add little by little water knead a stuff dough, cover and rest for 15 min..
- Now take a lemon size portion of the prepared dough and make a ball shape then roll it and make a poori shape..
- Then drop in it hot oil and deep fry until it becomes nice golden brown colour on medium heat..
- Then transfer the plate..
- With same process make these all pooris..
- Now reduce the flame, and enjoy with aaloo tomato curry or tea..
