- Add sliced onions and fry it for some time until the onions turn to golden brown..
- Add all the saute vegetables to it and fry it for 1-2 minutes..
- Add all the spices to it and mix it well..
- Now once the vegetables are cooked add rice to it and mix it all together..
- Add 2 cups of water to the rice.
- Give it 2 whistles..
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot..
