Madakki Puri step by step
- Heat the oil in kadai, roast the peanuts in low flame and take it out from oil once it turns golden brown.
- Similarly roast the dry coconuts, peanuts,Red chilli, Roasted gram,garlic & Curry leaves.
- Finally put Jeera & mustard and off the flame *** important to off the flame.
- Once flame is off,add Turmeric,salt and Red chilli powder to the oil..
