Ingredients of Mango Puri
- You need 2 medium sized of Ripe mangoes (make the pulp).
- It's 3 cups of Whole grain atta.
- You need 1/3 teaspoon of Salt.
- It's 1/2 teaspoon of Black peppercorns powder.
- You need As required of Water or milk for making the atta dough.
- It's as required of Oil for frying.

- Make the puri dough..
- If the dough is very tight,you can add the little water or milk.Now add little oil and mix it nicely with the dough..
- Cover the dough with damp-clothe for 7-10 minutes..
- Now gives the shapes of the Puri,and deep fry with the Oil..
- Serve the hot Mango-Puri with your choice of side dish. I serve with little spicy-chicken..
