Dhaba Style Egg Masala step by step
- Boil eggs in hot water..
- Heat 1tblsp oil in a pan. Add pinch of turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix well..
- Add boiled eggs and saute at medium flame for 2minutes. Keep them aside..
- Heat oil in another pan. Add cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and cumin seeds. Saute for a minute at medium flame..
- Add chopped onions and cook till they turn golden brown..
- Add ginger garlic paste, cook them well..
- Then add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, Kashmiri mirch powder, green chillies and garam masala powder. Also add salt and sugar and mix it well..
- Add tomato puree and cashew paste. Cook it for few minutes until oil starts accomodating at the top..
- Then add 1 cup water and let it come to boil.Then add eggs and mix properly..
- Add crushed kasuri methi and coriander leaves..
- Cook at medium flame with a covered lid for 5 minutes. Mix once and serve it hot with rice or roti..
