- Heat pan,add 1/2 tsp oil..
- Keep by two tomatoes in pan with the help of tong. Cook.
- Cook both the sides..
- Once they are tender then make a fine paste of it..
- Chop the onions in medium cube shape. pan,add 1/2 tsp Oil.Now add Chopped onions, Green chillies, Ginger, Garlic..
- In a same add Onions, Garlic, Ginger, Green chillies..
- Roast for 5mins,and make fine paste..
- Heat pan and 2 tbsp oil,Now add Red Chillies,Bay leaves..
- Add Onion paste,saute for 5mins..
- Add Tomato pureeix well..
- Add Chilli powder,Egg Curry masala,Termeric,salt.Mix wel..
