- Prepare 1 cup of whole wheat flour.

- You need 1/2 cup of all purpose flour.

- For egg plain Gola Rooti:.
- Place half all the dry ingredients in a bowl except onions,tomato, fennel seeds and green chillies.
- Add the oil and start adding milk gradually to form a runny batter.
- Crack 2 egg in a bowl and whisk well until combined with the batter.
- Heat a tablespoon oil in a non stick pan and spread it using a brush/kitchen tissue over the pan.
- Pour in a laddle full of batter in the center and stead it to the size of a regular pancake and let cook on Low heat.
- Flip and cook both sides till brown spots appear..
