  1. Prepare 400 grams of Shelled Prawns.
  2. It's 3 of Boiled Eggs.
  3. Prepare 3 of Onions.
  4. Prepare 4 of Green chillies.
  5. You need 1 of Tomato.
  6. You need 1 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
  7. You need 1" of Ginger piece.
  8. It's 15 of Garlic cloves (peeled).
  9. It's 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
  10. You need 3 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  11. It's 2 tsp of Coriander powder.
  12. You need 1/2 tsp of Garam masala.
  13. You need 5 tbsp of Oil or as required.
  14. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  15. You need 2 sprigs of Curry leaves.

Prawns and Eggs masala fry instructions

  1. Marinate the cleaned prawns with ginger-garlic paste, some salt, turmeric and RCP for half an hour..
  2. Place the marinated prawns in a pan, and cook in it's own juices (on high heat) till the water evaporates. Keep aside..
  3. Grind the chopped onions, chilies, tomato and ginger - coarsely.
  4. Heat oil in a flat non-stick pan. Fry the boiled eggs lightly and curry leaves also and keep aside..
  5. Next Lightly fry the prawns also in the oil for 2-3 minutes and keep aside..
  6. The same oil, add the ground paste, a little salt and fry till the oil gets separated. (Add a little more oil it is sticking to the bottom).
  7. Add turmeric, chilli powder, dhania powder, salt…mix well, and fry for 2 minutes..
  8. Add the Prawns and Eggs. Mix with fried masala. Cover and cook on slow heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, till lightly roasted..
  9. Sprinkle the garam masala evenly on the fried masala curry. Mix, cover and cook for another 2 mins..
  10. Remove into a dish. Garnish with curry leaves and serve with Rice.
