- Prepare of cup makki flour.
- It's of cup wheat flour.
- You need of Handful Chopped fenugreek leaves.
- You need of tsp Salt.
- It's of tsp carom seeds.
- You need of tsp red chilli powder.
- Prepare of as required Water.
- You need of melted ghee.
- You need of as required Ghee for cooking.
Makki Methi paratha step by step
- Take makki flour in a bowl add wheat flour and mix..
- Add salt, carrom seeds, chilli powder and 1tbs melted ghee and mix well..
- Add chopped fenugreek leaves and mix..
- Add water gradually and make a soft dough. Keep covered aside for 15 minutes..
- Knead again dough for a while..
- Divide dough into small portions and make balls..
- Heat a skillet add apply little ghee on it..
- Roll a ball to make a small poori and keep on skillet..
- Flip side and apply ghee on both sides..
- Cook paratha from both sides till golden..
- Make all parathas like this. Serve with any chutney and sabji..
