Ingredients of Magaj Laddu
- You need 100 gms of Wheat Flour (Atta).
- It's 100 gms of Gram Flour (Besan).
- It's 50 gms of Semolina (Suji).
- You need 100 gms of Desi Ghee.
- Prepare 100 gms of Powdered Sugar.
- You need 1/2 cup of Dry fruits (Watermelon Seeds, Cashew nuts, Raisin).
- You need 4 of Cardamom.
- You need 20-30 gms of Khoya.
Magaj Laddu step by step
- First arrange all the ingredients preparation for Laddus..
- Heat ghee in a Kadhai. Add Gram Flour, mix and roast on medium heat till fragrant and golden. Transfer to another Bowl. Again heat ghee and add Wheat Flour and roast till fragrant and brown, then add Khoya and roast it for 5 mins. Then transfer another Bowl. Similarly, roast Semolina with remaining ghee in the same Kadhai. After transfer to another Bowl, again roast some dry fruits with ghee..
- After Roasted all above the Ingredients, let's release 10 mins for cool. Then Combine Roasted Flours & dry fruits in to a big Bowl and mix. Add Sugar Powder & Cardamom Powder, mix well. Divide the mixture in to equal portions and shape them in to Laddus. Now serve on a plate....
