- Boil d eggs and remove d outer layer and keep aside..
- Take a mortar-pestle,add black peppercorns,ginger,garlic and fennel seeds,crush it coarsely and keep aside..
- Now,heat a wok add coconut oil,add d coarsely ground paste and saute on low flame..(be careful that it shouldn't be burnt),add onions, curry leaves,saute till becomes translucent..
- Add turmeric,kashmiri chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder and a pinch of sugar and salt. Saute well..
- U will see d oil starts seperating by d sides,add tomatoes at this point and cook until becomes mushy..
- Add half a cup of water and close d lid..
- Bring a boil,open d lid add d boiled eggs and saute/roast the eggs in d masala very well..
- Keep stirring constantly for 5mins..
- The colour changes to dark brown...switch off d flame.
- Garnish wdh curry leaves or coriander leaves as per ur choice.
