  1. Cut bread into triangles & deep fry into hot oil until golden brown..
  2. Make a sugar syrup with sugar, water, pineapple pulp & with 1tspn pineapple essence..
  3. Dip these fried bread slices into sugar syrup for 3-4 min. & remove them into another plate..
  4. Mix remaining essence with whip cream & garnish bread slices with whip cream..
  5. Serve child..
