Ingredients of Ragi Dosa

  1. You need 150 gm of Ragi.
  2. Prepare 50 gm of Urad dal.
  3. Prepare 1 tsp of Fenugreek seeds.
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp of Cooked rice.
  5. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  6. It's As needed of Ghee for Dosa.
  7. You need 400 ml of Water.

  3. Take a tawa pour the batter with ladder and circle it and pour one tspn of ghee and cooked in medium flame and flip to cook other side also..
  4. Ragi dosa ready to serve with Red chillies chutneys..
