- In a pan add oil mustard seeds,jeera seeds once its popped add ginger,green chilly onian sliced and fry well add carrot cabbage for 8-10 min cook well and add salt.
- In a bowl add hot water salt ragi and wheat flour mix well and add the step 1 mixture to it with coriander and curry leaves mix well,the battery should be in pouring consistency.
- In a dosa pan add the battery surrounded with oil and close with lid and cook for 5 min once its cooked it's ready to serve..
