  2. Add cumin and ajwain and salt to it.
  3. Mix well put 1 teaspoon oil again mix well add water keepaside for 30 mins.
  4. Heat dosa pan brush it with little oil,.
  5. Now adjust consistency spread dosa on pan.
  6. Grind coconut, green chiliies, roasted chana dal,coarinder leaves,salt.chuteny is ready.
  7. Now take out dosa and serve hot with coconut chutney..
