- You need 1/2 cup of Ragi flour.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of besan/gram flour.

- Cook a medium to high flame and flip when done from one side. You can keep it thin and cook from only one side as traditional dosas..
- Your healthy Ragi dosa is ready! Serve with any Chutney or sambhar!.
