- You need 1 cup of Ragi Atta.
- Prepare 1 cup of Semolina.
- It's 1/2 cup of Rice flour.
- You need 1 inch of ginger grated.
- You need 1 spoon of yoghurt.
- It's 1 of finely chopped onions.
- Prepare 1 of carrot grated.
- It's 1 of green chilli finely chopped.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of Jeera.
- It's Few of curry patta.
- It's Handful of coriander leaves.
- You need to taste of Salt.

Ragi dosa is prepared using ragi flour or finger millet flour, rava, rice flour and curry leaves. Ragi dosa is a crispy, thin, healthy style of Indian bread or crepe. Instant ragi dosa recipe using ragi flour and rice flour. This is my go to recipe whenever I run out of dosa batter.

- Take a bowl. Put ragi flour, semolina, rice flour, yogurt, onions, ginger, green chillies, jeera, curry patta, coriander leaves and mix well..
- Add water and make the flowing consistency. Keep aside for 20 mins..
- Take a fry pan grease it with oil..
- Pour the batter and let it cook. When done flip the side and cook on the other side..
- Serve hot with coconut chutney..
