Ingredients of Ragi Dosa

  1. Prepare 1 cup of Ragi Flour (Finger Millet).
  2. You need 1/4 cup of Rice Flour.
  3. You need 1/4 cup of Sour Curd.

  5. It's 1 of Green Chilli, finely chopped.
  6. It's 1 tablespoon of finely chopped Coriander Leaves.
  7. Prepare As needed of Cooking Oil, for shallow frying.
  8. You need 1 1/2 cups of Water.

  1. Take ragi flour, rice flour and curd in a large bowl..

  4. If required, add more water to get the required consistency..
  5. Heat dosa tawa over medium flame..
  6. Stir the batter before making each dosa. When tawa is medium hot, smear oil on the surface, take ladle full batter and pour it over tawa and spread like a dosa..
  7. Ease out dosa with spatula and flip it over another side, cook for 30-40 seconds over medium flame..
  8. Enjoy hot and crispy dosa with chutney or masala Aloo.
