Ingredients of Instant Ragi Dosa

  1. Prepare 1 cup of ragi flour.
  2. You need 1 cup of rawa.
  3. It's 1/2 cup of rice flour.
  4. It's 1/2 cup of curd.
  5. You need as required of Water.
  6. It's to taste of Salt.
  7. Prepare 1/4 TSP of pepper.
  8. You need 1 of green chilli finely chopped optional.
  9. It's 1 of small onion finely chopped.
  10. You need 1 TSP of jeera.
  11. It's of Oil to drizzle.
  12. It's 1 sprig of curry leaves chopped.
  13. It's 2 tbsp of coriander leaves chopped.
  14. It's 1 inch of ginger finely chopped.

The first one is prepared by grinding urad dal and mixing ragi flour, the second one is instant ragi dosa and the third one is made with leftover idli batter. Here is how to make Instant Ragi Dosa. Take a bowl and add in the ragi flour and rice flour. Add in the chopped onion, green chillies and coriander leaves.

  1. Mix flours and rawa in a bowl.
  2. Add ginger, pepper, salt, onion, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves and cumin seeds. Mix well.
  3. Add water and curd. Mix to form lump free batter.
  4. Rest batter for 20 minutes.
  5. Stir the batter and add water to form thin batter.
  6. Heat tawa and pour the batter. Sprinkle little oil.
  7. Once dosa roasts to golden brown, flip and cook.
  8. Fold dosa and serve with chutney.
