Ingredients of Ragi Dosa
- You need 1 cup of Ragi ata.
- You need 1 cup of Rice ata.
- Prepare 1 cup of Soack yello mungdal.
- It's As needed of Buttermilk.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- Prepare As needed of Oil.
Ragi dosa is prepared using ragi flour or finger millet flour, rava, rice flour and curry leaves. Ragi dosa is a crispy, thin, healthy style of Indian bread or crepe. Instant ragi dosa recipe using ragi flour and rice flour. This is my go to recipe whenever I run out of dosa batter.
Ragi Dosa step by step
- Gring mungdal and make fine paste.
- In a bowl take all dry flours,mungdal paste,salt.
- Heat the pan smear a bit oil with a slice of onion.
- Pour buttermilk and make a thin batter without any lumps and keep a side for 15 -20 minutes.
- With a ladle pour the dosa batter from the edges towards the center.
- Sprinkle 1 tsp of oil from the top.
- Let the base becomes golden and crisp flip and cook the other side when both the sides are cooked remove the dosa from the pan.
- Serve the ragi dosa hot with coconut chutney..
