- Boil milk with cardamom and simmer milk on slow flame till it reduces to half..
- Add khoya to the reduced milk. Now add sugar and allow it to dissolve..
- Remove corners of the Bread slices and cut into triangles.One slice will make 2triangles..
- Deep fry the triangles till golden brown..
- Arrange the Bread triangles in a serving dish.Pour the boiled milk mixture and garnish with pistachios,raisins and dried rose petals..
- Serve warm or chilled..
