- Take a container add wheat flour, salt, water and make a smooth dough..

- After 10 min take small portion of dough and make paratha..
- Heat the ghee in a pan and roast the rava for 10 min in low flame..
- When rave changes the colour from white to brown, then add little - little bit of water..
- Cook in low flame then add sugar and all dry fruits..
- Halwa is ready..
- Take a container put rava, gram flour, salt, sugar, curd, oil and water and make a paste..
- Keep it in rest for 20 min..
- After 20 min add eno and mix it..
- Grease the plate or idli stand with oil and add little bit of paste in the stand..
- Steam it fir 15 min in medium flame..
- On other side heat the oil put sesame seed, mustard seed, curry leaves and chilli..
- Put this tadka on steamed dhokla and serve with tomato sauce..
