- Method to make rava dough- Boil 1.5 cup water in a kadahi, add rava in kadahi, keep stiring on low flame for 2-3 minutes, add salt, ajwain and mangraila on top and let it cool. Knead it well adding warm water gradually to make a soft dough. Divide it into 10 equal round shape balls.
- To make fillings: heat oil in a kadahi, add cumin seeds and let it crackle.Add chopped potatoes, cauliflower, carrtot, and beans.
