Ingredients of Puffy Puri's
- Prepare 1/2 of & 1/3 cup of wheat flour.
- It's 1/2 of & 1/3 cup of maida.
- It's 1 tbsp of dahi.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Salt.
- You need 1/2 tsp of sugar.
- You need 1 tbsp of ghee.
- Prepare of Water as required.
- You need of Oil for deep frying.

- In a bowl put maida +wheat atta+ salt + sugar + dahi + ghee and mix it well with hands.now add water little by little and knead a soft dough..

- Now take put your dough and knead for 5 mins and make small small balls..
- Take one ball and roll a round roti.donot roll it very thin just roll it as u make your roti..
- Heat oil keep into low flame and put the Puri into oil very very gently and lightly press corner of the Puri with spoon.once your Puri is puffed flip it and cook from another side.it take very less time for frying..
