  1. It's 5 of Eggs.
  2. It's 1 of medium size onion.
  3. You need 2 of Tomatoes chopped.
  4. It's 2 of green chilies.
  5. Prepare 2 of no of garlic buds.
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp of chilli powder.
  8. You need 1 tsp of coriander powder.
  9. You need 1 tsp of Garam masala.
  10. You need 2 tsp of butter.
  11. Prepare 1 tsp of fenugreek leaves.
  12. It's 2 of small cardamom.
  13. Prepare 1 inch of cinnamon stick.
  14. Prepare 3-4 of cloves.
  15. Prepare 1-2 of bay leaves.

Spicy Egg  Curry step by step

  1. The very first step is to boil eggs. Keep eggs in a pan and add water. Boil it for 30 minutes..
  2. Once egg is boiled peel them off. Put a pan on heat. Add some ghee in it. Add 1/4 tsp of haldi powder, 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder, a little coriander leaves. And just roast the eggs from both the side till it get a golden crust over it. Keep the flame on medium to low..
  3. Once egg is done keep it aside. Let’s start preparing gravy..
  4. In a pan take 2tbsp of ghee. Once ghee get heated up. Add 2small cardamom, some cloves, 1” stick of cinnamon, 1-2 bay leaves. When the whole masala start giving nice aroma add hing and cumin seeds to it..
  5. Once cumin seed start cracking, add finely chopped onions to it. Cook it properly till it becomes golden brown..
  6. When onion are 80% done add ginger,garlic and green chilies to it..
  7. Now time to add tomatoes. Add salt to taste as soon as you add tomatoes. Cook tithe masala till tomatoes become tender or soft and oil start separating..
  8. Add roasted fenugreek leaves. Cook for couple of seconds..
  9. Then add water for required consistency. Bring water to boil. Give it a nice boil..
  10. Complete the recipe by adding coriander leaves. Put the fried eggs on a plate and then top it with the gravy. ENJOY it with rice, or rotis.
