- It's 4 of Drumsticks.
- Prepare 15-20 of Prawns mediun sized.
- Prepare 1/2 of Mango.
- It's 3/4 cup of Coconut grated.
- It's 1/2 tsp of jeera( cumin)seeds.
- You need 3 of Green chilli.
- It's 1 inch of Ginger.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- It's 1 of Onion small.
- It's 1 tbsp of Red chilli powder.
- It's 1 tsp of Tamarind.

Drumsticks and prawns curry step by step
- Clean and scrape and cut the drumstick.... Slice mangoes,onions.... Scrape the ginger pieces and keep aside..soak tamarind in water.
- Take a mixer grinder and add grated coconut,jeera,greenchillies ginger and turmeric powder... grind to a fine paste adding water......
- Heat an earthenware pot if u have or a kadai and tip in drumstick pieces +onion+ tomatoes and add water..let the drumstick pieces get 70% cooked. Later add prawns, ground masala,mango slices and mix nicely...add chilli powder, salt and bring it to a nice boil and add tamarind juice...... and lower the flame and close with a lid...let it cook for 5mins.so that all flavors from the drumstick and prawns combine together in the gravy. Tip in some curry leaves lastly and swicth off the flame..
- Let the curry sit atleast for 30 minutes before serving......
- Best served with rice.....
