Ingredients of Sprout dosa or Pesarattu Dosa or Moong Dal Dosa

  1. Prepare 1 cup of Sprouted moong dal.
  2. Prepare 1 of green chilli.
  3. You need 1 tsp of ginger.
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup of Finely chopped onion.
  5. You need 1 tsp of rice flour.
  6. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  7. It's of Oil for roasting.
  8. It's pinch of Asafoetida.
  9. You need of Water.
  10. It's leaves of Coriander.

Sprout dosa or Pesarattu Dosa or Moong Dal Dosa instructions

  1. Soaked moong dal for at least over night or 8hrs.
  2. Next day blender moong dal sprout, ginger,chilli, asafoetida, salt and water.
  3. Blend to smooth pastem.
  4. Add rice flour and mixed with the batter.
  5. Add salt to taste, mixed the batter to a dosa consistency, if required u can add water.
  6. Heat a flat pan spread little oil in a pan.
  7. Pour the batter in a pan spread it in a circular motion.
  8. Sprinkle finely chopped the onions inthe dosa.
  9. 5mins cover the lid on the pan otherwise flip the dosa other side.
  10. If the dosa is cooked remove the dosa from the plate.
  11. Serve the dosa with coconut chutney or dried chilli dosa.
