  1. Prepare 1/2 glass of water.
  2. You need 50 grams of gud/jaggery.
  3. Prepare 2 of bananas.

  1. Take mixing bowl and mash 2 bananas in it..
  2. Take a pan and add water and chopped jaggery to it. Boil it for 10-15 minutes and prepare jaggery syrup..
  3. Add rice flour to the mashed banana and give it a good mix. Then add jaggery syrup to the mix. Mix well until you get smooth slightly thick consistency. Then add elaichi powder and baking soda and mix well..
  4. Now heat up a tawa and spread the mix on it 1 spoon at a time as shown in the pic below. Cook from both sides and apply ghee if needed..
  5. Serve it in a classic stack fashion, drizzled with honey and some nuts and enjoy..

Cook each pancake until both sides are golden brown. Add more dairy free spread as needed. If at any stage your pan becomes too hot turn it down to medium low.
