- It's 1 teaspoon of dry mango powder.
- Prepare 1/4 teaspoon of turmuric powder.

- You need 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder.
- It's 5-8 of saffron strands soaked in warm water.
- It's to taste of Salt.

- Soak Rajma in 2 cups of water for at least 6 hours. Pressure cook till just mashable. Drain all the water from the rajma. Rajma in the grinder to get a coarse paste with some rajma just broken but not ground completely. This will add a nice texture to the kebabs..
