  1. At first marinate the prawns with salt and turmeric powder.
  2. Now heat a pan add oil and shallow fry the prawns and keep aside.
  3. Add oil in the same pan and fry the Potatoes adding salt and turmeric powder.
  4. Remove the Potatoes and fry the jackfruit cubes,add oil if needed..
  5. In another pan add oil and ghee.
  6. Temper the whole Cumin seeds,bay leaf,whole garam masala and red chilli.
  7. Add the onion sices and saute well till it becomes slight brown.
  8. Add the ginger garlic paste and saute with salt and turmeric powder.
  9. Now add the tomato puree and saute, covering it..
  10. Add cumin, coriander and red chilli Powder and mix the fried veggies and prawns.
  11. Add water and cover it for 10 mnts or so.
  12. As everything get combined well, remove the cover and check..
  13. Add sugar and garam masala powder and switch off the flame.
