  2. Prepare 1/2" of Ginger piece.

  4. You need Gram of daal half bowl.

  6. It's 9-10 of Whole black pepper.
  7. You need 3-4 of cloves.
  8. You need 1 stick of Cinnamon.

  11. Prepare to taste of Red chilli powder.
  12. Prepare as needed of Ghee.
  13. It's 1 tbs of Cashew paste.

  16. It's 1 tsp of garam masaala.
  17. Prepare of Coal for smoke.

  1. Take a pressure cooker and add kidney beans,gram daal,and all whole spices,garlic,ginger and half cup of water.
  2. And then pressure cook till they have softened really well.
  3. And when the pressure settles down on it's own in the cooker.
  4. Open the cooker. mash a few kidney beans and gram and check if they have softened. if not, then pressure cook for some more time..
  5. Drain the cooker well and keep aside. now mash the kidney beans and gram better and then add cashew paste,onion paste,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,ghee and salt (according to taste) mix very well.
  6. Now take a small size of coal and burn on a heat and then put in a bowl and bowl put in a kidney beans better bowl now add ghee upon the hot coal for smoking and lid it for 5 min.
  7. After 5 min remove the plate from the kidney better bowl then shape into small or medium sized balls first and then flatten them..
  8. Heat the tawa, add about 2 tbsp ghee. place the kababs on the tawa and shallow fry until a golden brown colour appears at the bottom side of the kabab..
  9. Add ghee over the top of the kababs and flip them. Serve the kababs with lemon,onion and mint dip..
