- You need 1 cup of fresh mint leaves.
- It's 1/2 cup of hung curd.
- It's 2 of green chillies.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
Then, both sides of the dhebra are streamed with vegetable oil on a tava, until small brown spots appear. This is a plain dhebra, made of millet flour (bajra atta). Now place Dhebra on a plate and keep it in a casserole after it cools off. Serve Dhebra with pickle or Chutney.
