- Mix all the ingredients except oil..
- And add enough water to make soft dough..
- Rest the dough for ten minutes..
- Roll out small portion of dough in to chapatties..
- Heat a tawa and cook the thepla constantly brushing with oil till light brown spot appear on both sides..
- Mix all ingredients for topping..
- Take one thepla and spread topping it evenly all over and spread grated cheese..
- Fold roll it up tightly and heat on tava for two minutes..
- Sprinkle cheese and serve with curd raita..
