- Heat the pan and add 3 tsp mustard oil in it.Fry hilsha fish slightly.keep aside..
- Take 3tspn oil in pan. Add 1/4th black cumin seeds and green chillies in it.Fry for 10sec..
- Add sliced potatoes and fry it..then add sliced brinjal and also fry for 2mins in medium flame..
- Add turmeric powder,cumin powder,kashmiri red chilli powder and salt. Mix it well..
- Add some water and cook for 2mins in medium flame..
- Then add 3 cups water in it and when boiling add hilsha fish and green chillies..
- Cover it for 10 mins in medium flame..
- The fish curry is ready..
- Serve hot hilsha fish curry with hot steamed rice..
