Ingredients of Poha modak

  1. Prepare 1 cup of poha.

Poha modak step by step

  1. Firstly take a pan & dry roast the poha 3-4 mins Now coursely grind poha & keep aside.
  2. Now heat a tbsp clarified butter in same pan roast the raisins & clarified butter.
  3. Now in same pan add poha powder & 1/ 1/2 cup hot water mix well now add sugar & remaining clarified butter mix well & make a thick dough..
  4. After 10-15 mins take small ball size dough fill raisin & cashew make modak. If u have mould then fill dough & make modak..
  5. I don't have mould so I made without mould..
